Our commitment is to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience, ensuring that your order reaches you in a timely manner. We ship to customers worldwide and continuously strive to uphold the highest standards of service.

To this day, we have successfully shipped over 110'000 orders worldwide. 

The delivery process consists of three main stages:

 

1. Processing Time: 1 to 4 business days
2. Manufacturing Time: 1 to 5 business days (for personalized items)
3. Shipping Time: 7 to 10 business days, depending on the location

Incomplete Order

As our business continues to grow, we have expanded our operations by opening additional warehouses to process orders. Please note that large orders may arrive in separate parcels. While we maintain one main warehouse that specializes in personalization, the need to efficiently manage high volumes sometimes results in your order being shipped in multiple packages.

Order Modifications & Impact on Processing

Due to the handcrafted nature of our personalized items and fluctuating order volumes throughout the year, any modifications to an order significantly disrupt our production workflow.

Changes such as address updates, item alterations, size, color, or personalized text adjustments require locating the exact stage of your order within our process, which is complex and time-sensitive. These modifications can only be accommodated if requested within 24 hours of purchase or before the manufacturing process has begun.

If a modification request is made after an order has entered production, it will inevitably cause delays. Dulce cannot be held responsible for these delays, and the customer assumes full responsibility for any resulting impact on the estimated delivery timeline.
