At Dulce, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, handmade products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

Personalization Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the exact customization details in the designated field, in the cart note, or via email after purchase. Any modifications must be requested immediately after purchase, as we allow a 24-hour window for changes, provided that the manufacturing process has not yet begun.

Modifications requested via social media are not accepted. For any inquiries related to your order, please contact us at contact@dulcestoreparis.com.

Personalization Limit

Our lingerie is designed like regular lingerie, with limited fabric space for customization. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate long inscriptions, entire phrases, or excessive words. Requests with a ridiculous amount of names or an overly long inscription cannot be fulfilled.

If you are unsure whether your desired inscription will fit, we recommend contacting us via email at contact@dulcestoreparis.com or checking our social media for examples of past customizations.

Personalization Technique

After extensive testing and valuable feedback from our customers, we have developed a proprietary technique to ensure that the letters remain securely in place on our lingerie. Over time, we have also expanded our collection, introducing new sets, styles, and bras to perfectly match our personalized thongs with strass letters.

This exclusive technique is home-developed and protected, meaning it cannot be found on imitation websites or knockoffs. We can instantly recognize Dulce’s unique products, fixing techniques, and quality standards at a glance, and we are prepared to take action against poorly made copies.

Accuracy of Personalization

We fix, engrave or print your customization exactly as entered, including any special spellings. We do not make corrections, so please double-check your inscription before submitting. If an error occurs due to incorrect input, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for personalized items.

If we notice a missing inscription, we may reach out via email to confirm the details. If we do not receive a prompt response, your order will be processed with the default inscription: "DADDY".

Issues with Customization

In the rare case that your customization is incorrect due to an error on our part, we sincerely apologize. Please send us a clear photo of the item, and we will compare it with your original request to determine the most suitable solution.

If a personalization field is left blank, we may match it with an existing inscription on the item where applicable.
