Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request an order cancellation provided that the manufacturing process has not commenced and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase. If your cancellation request meets these conditions, a full refund will be issued.

Orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun or if the order has already been shipped.


Return Policy

Prior to initiating a return, please contact us via email at contact@dulcestoreparis.com and specify what item needs to be returned.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or contains an error in customization, please contact us via email with a clear picture of the issue. As we meticulously handcraft and personalize thousands of orders each month, such occurrences, while rare, can unfortunately happen. Rest assured, if this situation arises, we are committed to finding the best possible solution for our customers.

Returns may take between 5 to 10 days to be treated. When applicable, a return ticket will be issued. Allow some time to issue the return ticket after confirmation has been made via email. 

Depending on the specific case and in accordance with our policies, we may issue a full or partial refund or provide a replacement for the item.

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after this period has elapsed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a return ticket has been issued.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all labels and packaging.

  • Items that have been damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

  • Certain items as strass lingerie sets and jewelry are fragile and must be handled with care; any evident customer-inflicted damage will not be covered under our refund policy.

  • If an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will evaluate the case after receiving proof of the defect (including images) and determine the most appropriate resolution.

  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the stated conditions are not met.

  • We are not responsible for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer, if the address could not be changed before the parcel shipped out.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie, intimate apparel, and swimwear

  • Personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Hazardous materials, substances, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Verify your bank account for the transaction.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@dulcestoreparis.com.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, except if a return ticket has been issued.

Processing times for exchanged products may vary depending on location.
